- How to make brighness of wrist watch higher?
I just bought a sik diesel watch, but the brightness is really low and you can only c the time wen u turn the light on. Is thr ne way 2 make the brighness higher or is that the point of the watch and i can only c time by hitting the light on?

- When should my wrist watch change day and date?
I don't have much experience buying watches. My new Diesel DZ1315 (see link below) advanced the date from 30 to 31 over a 15-minute period starting a little after midnight. It did not advance from Thursday to Friday until 1:45 a.m. The change took about 25 minutes. Is that the way it's supposed to be? One more thing: The crown turns easily even when it's pushed all the way in. I doesn't spin freely, but it does turn with just a gentle touch. Day, date, and time are unaffected unless the crown is pulled out. I called Diesel...not helpful. Are these things acceptable variations on the way watches are supposed to work or signs that this one is defective and should be exchanged? It is a funny-looking watch; maybe it has funny ways of doing things? I put link to the watch down below. A I think it is pretty much as expected. Changing the day or date takes more energy than moving the hands. To not put too much of a load on the feeble clockwork drive of the watch, the day and date change at different times, they change slowly because of gearing, and they change after midnight when you are not as likely to care about the day and date. And as for not turning when the crown is pushed in, it avoids resetting your watch if the crown were to be bumped and twisted inadvertently.
