Hi all, I was moving old Furniture at work and bringing in the new. These include office desks, filing cabinets etc. I found this very old wristwatch in one of the drawers its an Automatic watch, with leather straps and in fairly good condition. Its a Wittnauer Brand it looks like its a Model from possibly the early sixties. How do I get its true value appraised? I am a bit skeptical with Pawn Shops or Antique stores that dispalys a sign that we buy this and that. For fear of being "low-balled" plus I am not familiar with antiques. Is there a website to search and figure out a ball park value? Sorry if I had to post that topic here, I dont know where esle to go.

Additionally, you could try contacting your property insurance agent to ask if they have any antiques appraisers they recommend.
